Delivery Information
Our process.
We deliver throughout the working week, to ensure your goods arrive in a timely manner.
Before your order leaves us…
All our products are carefully and safely packaged at our Aldridge depot and sent out in brown outer postal boxes. We use Royal mail as our choice of delivery courier for our standard and next day delivery.
Next day delivery applies to any orders placed before midday on work days. Orders placed on Friday will arrive on the next working day which will be Monday.
We may use alternative couriers such as parcel force for large bulk items or special requests.
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your product then please email to info@charitysweets.co.uk. We will reply to you within 24 hours or call us on 0845 120 1531.
As we use Royal Mail we cannot guarantee there won’t be any issues with delivery through Royal Mail services or our partner couriers. In any instances where there has been a delay you will be provided with tracking details.
Please note that your parcel can be delivered between 9am and 8pm on the delivery date and we unfortunately are unable to control the time of the delivery, only the day it is delivered on. Orders placed on a Friday (after 1pm), Saturday or Sunday will processed on the Monday after.
Our subscriptions are not currently available on a next day service.
Please note we do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, any offshore islands or Scottish Highlands.
